How Our Governance Works

Structure & Elections

  • •Terms: Executive Committee members serve 2-year terms, elected by general membership.
  • •Meetings: Monthly committee meetings open to all members. Annual General Meeting in December.
  • •Transparency: Meeting minutes published monthly. Financial reports available quarterly.

Get Involved

  • •Join a Committee: All committees welcome volunteers. No election needed to participate.
  • •Attend Meetings: Open monthly meetings on first Sunday at 11 AM.
  • •Run for Office: Nominations accepted in November. Must be active member for 1+ year.
