Booking Policies & Important Information

General Policies

  • Advance Booking: Minimum 2-3 weeks notice required. Weekend bookings should be made 2-3 months in advance.
  • Deposit: 50% non-refundable deposit required to confirm booking. Balance due 1 week before event.
  • Cancellation: Written notice required. Cancellations within 2 weeks forfeit deposit.
  • Setup Time: 2 hours setup time included before event. Additional time available at $50/hour.
  • Member Discount: Temple members receive 15% discount on venue rental fees.

Important Guidelines

  • Catering: External catering permitted with prior approval. Caterer must provide insurance certificate.
  • Decorations: Decorations welcome but must be removable (no nails, tape, or permanent fixtures).
  • Alcohol Policy: No alcohol permitted on temple premises per religious guidelines.
  • Music/Entertainment: Music allowed until 10:00 PM. Volume must be respectful of temple environment.
  • Cleanup: Venue must be returned to original condition. $200 cleaning fee if not properly cleaned.
