2 Purpose of the Website and App
The website and mobile application are intended only for religious, spiritual, cultural, informational, and community-related purposes. They are not intended for dating, private social interaction with strangers, or sharing adult or sexual content.

4 Child Safety & Zero-Tolerance Policy
Tri-State Umiya Dham has zero tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse or Exploitation (CSAE). Any sexual content involving minors, grooming, exploitation, or harmful behavior toward children is strictly prohibited with no exceptions.
5 Reporting Child Safety Concerns
Any suspected child abuse, exploitation, or grooming must be reported immediately by emailing info@tristumiyatemple.org with the subject line “Child Safety Report”.
6 Enforcement and Actions
Violations may result in content removal, account suspension or termination, preservation of information, and reporting to law enforcement or child protection authorities without prior notice.
7 Use of Services
Services must be used only for lawful purposes. Misuse, harassment, unauthorized access attempts, or harmful activity is prohibited.

Temple membership is subject to approval and applicable fees. Members must follow temple values and community guidelines.

All donations are voluntary and non-refundable unless required by law.

Bookings for puja, events, or facilities are subject to availability and confirmation.
